Sod Installation Tips

For best results with new sod:

  1. Site Prep: Till soil 4-6 inches, add amendments
  2. Leveling: Ensure proper drainage (slope away from house)
  3. Watering: Keep sod moist but not soggy for 2 weeks
  4. Mowing: Wait 10-14 days before first mow

Tip: Lay sod within 24 hours of delivery and water immediately after installation.
